Terms of Service
[ Legitimacy as of May 26th, 2023 ]
► With purchasing commissions from me, you are in agreement to reading & understanding the rules presented to you and will abide by them. Don't hesitate to hit me up if there are any discrepancies or inquiries as I will do my best to make everything clear.► If caught breaking any of these rules, you'll be given a warning (a maximum of two) and reaching two warnings will result in being banned and blacklisted before purchasing any commissions from me, receiving them as gifts or any other method of acquiring them. The blacklist will be kept publicly visible.
► GENERAL
► All commission orders & communication must be in English.► I reserve the right to decline your commission order without giving reasons as to why.► If you breach any rules of my service, fail to communicate with me clearly and or display aggressive/inappropriate behavior/conduct during business, know that I may refuse and cancel your commission.► I may work on personal pieces during the duration of the commission process and/or inbetween commissions. If you're not comfortable with that, don't commission me.► I do NOT support or entertain the idea of blockchain-related technology, NFT(s), etc. I will also NOT accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment. More about this specific item can be found under RIGHTS.► Please understand that my style includes the use of highly saturated or muted colors, color palettes that may abstract from the norm or palettes that derive from your reference, but I do not follow it 1:1 or adjust colors to my liking. If you don't like any of these or are not comfortable with this, don't commission me.
► RIGHTS
► I reserve all rights to the original artwork (the piece itself) which also includes producing merchandise of said artwork with your full given consent prior to production.► The rights to the character depicted whether that be created by you or someone else with their credit, remain yours entirely (or as agreed upon, through the original creator's terms of service.)► Do not reproduce or use your commission for commercial profit in any shape or form. This is includes (but is not limited to): prints, postcards, charms, video games, etc. Additionally, commercial licenses for commissions can be purchased for an additional fee. If you have the intent of using your commission commercially in any of the forms stated above, you must disclose this ahead of time and we will negotiate commercial licenses. Commercial licenses will be given in explicit written agreements.► You do not have the right to mint and/or sell your commission for NFT(s), etc.. This means: any of the commissions created may NOT be used for any blockchain-related technology, NFT(s), cryptocurrency and future inventions of this space/caliber. This cannot be negotiated.This cannot be negotiated.► Do not edit the commissioned art from me in any shape or form.► Under no circumstance should you remove my watermarks from your commission. In certain cases, you may have permission to do so, but not without my full written consent.► I reserve the right to post your commissions to my social media, portfolio or any other media compilations where I see fit.► You may repost the commissioned piece if you give me proper & visible credit i.e. tagging/mentioning/@-ing me on social media, linking my social media, written credit on the reposted image, etc.► Unless agreed to prior through email/communication, I will not be providing any physical merchandise of the commissioned work.► I do not distribute artwork at full resolution & DPI in its entirety for my own protection. Full HQ pieces may be distributed if given legitimate reason (must tell me why & what its intended for) but I still reserve the right to decline distribution of full HQ.

► PURCHASE
► All prices will be in USD only. Payment is only accepted via PayPal/VenMo/Ko-Fi (unless another method was agreed upon prior.)► Through most convenient method of communication, I will DM you requesting for your PayPal email to proceed with the payment process by sending you an invoice. If payment is through VenMo, I will DM you my username.► Full payment upfront. I will begin working once the payment is received and the invoices are paid in full.► If you fail to pay within a span of 24 hrs. I reserve the right to cancel your commission order. If you come across complications, you can message me to work something out.► To avoid complications, miscommunications or any other errors during the payment process, a commission may only be paid for by 1 person.► Prices may change according to size, complexity, and/or detail of the piece at my discretion.► Quotes may be available upon request unless stated otherwise. Quotes don't represent the final price, but provide an estimate at that point in time & may change in the future at my discretion.► I may apply a fee at my discretion if the commission is needed by a specific deadline that I am notified of in advance.► Final prices as stated by me are non-negotiable.
► PROCESS
► I ask for your patience and will reach out to you as soon as I can. I will contact you on your preferred method of contact that you provided on the commission order.► I will try my damnedest to deliver the commission at the stated turnaround time during the time of purchase. If I'm unable to meet that deadline, I will contact you to let you know.► Clear, visual references must be provided for commissions. I won't be accepting any commissions that are written descriptions. Images only.► An option to see the WIP will be provided before proceeding further with the commission. During this stage, you may ask for any changes you wish and see fit, but I reserve the right to refuse any major changes after the WIP process.► If there are edits made past the WIP showing stage, it may subject in additional fees based on the edits requested.► If I missed a design detail or made a mistake that was clearly shown in the reference where it could've been avoided, let me know and I will take care of the mistake free of charge. Although, I will not edit commissions based on changes to the character or design references once the WIP has been delivered and approved by you.► You may hit me up for a commission update at any point in time during the business duration.► The final commission piece will be delivered to your preferred platform of choice stated at the time of purchase.
► REFUNDS
► No refunds after your commission has been completed and delivered.► Commissions can be cancelled prior to payment/once you have sent in a commission order. All you need to do is contact me and everything will be squared away.► A refund in full will only be made before I start any work on your commission.► If you request a refund after I started on your commission, I reserve the right to refuse your refund or give a partial refund depending on how much work has been done by that point.► You must contact me for a refund first before issuing any chargebacks or you will be blacklisted immediately. Requesting a chargeback after completion & delivery of your commission will result in immediate blacklisting as well.► If I am unable to deliver your commission for any reason, I will contact you about a possible cancellation, refund or compensation.
► OTHER
► You may add the price you paid for my commission to the resell price of a design/adoptable.
